Massachusetts Protection of Personal Information Regulatory Update
(Regulations effective March 1, 2010)
Just a reminder to all that the Massachusetts regulations setting “STANDARDS FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION OF RESIDENTS OF THE COMMONWEALTH” are effective March 1, 2010. The regulations can be found here. The FAQ’s that relate to the regulations (and are very helpful) are found here.
